Blind sibling rivalry

The Women’s Theatre Project presents a stage reading of Blind Spots by Colette Freedman as part of their Lesbian Play Reading Series beginning at 2 p.m. Sunday, Sept. 19th at GLCC Pride Center, Equality Park, 2040 North Dixie Highway in Wilton Manors. It’s a dark comedy set in a small university town, in which a gay journalist who is going blind battles her homophobic sister in a deadly game of sibling rivalry. Directed by Genie Croft, the reading features actresses Pilar Uribe, Wendy Michaels, Jackie Rivera, Marjorie O’Neill-Butler and Carol Sussman. Tickets are $10 are available by calling 866-811-4111.
