DreamCatcher’s Uneven Into The Woods Thrills And Disappoints

This Into The Woods by DreamCatcher Theatre and Theater Up Close is so heartbreakingly uneven that it may bring Sondheim lovers close to tears. Long stretches are so skillfully and lovingly executed that you want to cheer. Others fail to conquer this difficult work. But the misstep is the high-profile casting of Tituss Burgess in the linchpin role of the Witch.

Miami’s DreamCatcher Siblings Go Into The Woods With The Arsht’s Theater Up Close

Miamians J.J. and Natalie Caruncho built their careers as thespians in New York City, but now in their mid-20s, the siblings have returned home with the new company DreamCatcher Theatre to produce the Stephen Sondheim musical Into The Woods with the Arsht Center’s Theater Up Close series.

New Theater Company Partners In Arsht’s Next Season Plus Zoetic, UM & House Theatre
