Torch Song Is Not What We Expected At Plays of Wilton
Fair warning to anyone going to The Foundry for Harvey Fierstein’s Torch Song because they want to see a play about a drag queen. Other than the lead works in drag for a living, but he could just as easily be a server, or a sales clerk, or a teacher, as is his on-again, off-again boyfriend. As it turns out, that’s the point.
