Regime Change At Arts Garage: Keith Garsson, Daniel Schwartz

Arts Garage has appointed a new management team to replace its founding administrator who resigned abruptly. Keith Garsson, who has led the theater operation will become the director of operations. Commanding equal clout will be Daniel Schwartz as director of finance, who was hired last year to reorganize the venue’s much-criticized fiscal policies and situation.

The fate of Arts Garage in Delray Beach has taken a more encouraging turn because a major funder received enough financial information to make its leaders comfortable in disbursing some if not all of the crucially-needed operating funds being withheld, officials confirmed Monday.
